Description

USDA, Rural Development (RD), Single Family Housing, Centralized Servicing Center, is seeking information to process foreclosures throughout the State of Oklahoma. This Request for Information (RFI) is to seek industry input on the best commercial practices for a performance bases approach for providing legal and related services for the foreclosure process. RD will use the information to understand industry's capabilities and to plan future requirements. These legal and related services includes but may not be limited to title search updates; obtaining and enforcing a deficiency judgement obtained as part of the judicial foreclosure process; suing for and obtaining and enforcing other judgements in connection with obtaining possession of the property or preserving the value of the property; recovering possession of Government-owned property; representing the Agency in bankruptcy proceedings; handling the litigation through the State Court system for the county In which the property is located. The attorney or firms should address the best approach for pricing the items either separately, bundled pricing, and reimbursement cost for such items as filing fees and timeframes for completion of the foreclosure process from initial filing through the transfer of the deed to the new owner(s).
