Description

SEE NUMBERED NOTE: #1 This project includes the construction of the Oak Point bath/shower house at the Lake Glendale on the Shawnee National Forest (Pope County). This procurement is 100% set-aside for small businesses. This procurement is being accomplished under Commercial Item -- Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Estimated range is $100,000 to #250,000. Solicitation documents will be available approx. 7/20/01. Downloading from the Internet is free of charge; however, some documents may take a considerable amount of time to download. The Forest Service will NOT maintain official Planholders list. Notification of any changes to this solicitation (amendments) shall be made only on the Internet. It is therefore the CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY to check the Internet site daily for any posted changes to the solicitation. Exact solicitation issuance and closing dates, as well as the date and location of any pre-quote conference will be set forth in the solicitation.
