Description

The Army requires a construction contract for Structural Repairs Building 1159 at Hunter Army Airfield, Savannah, Georgia. Work shall be completed in strict accordance with drawings, subject to terms and conditions of the contract. The required work includes, but is not limited to shoring of existing structure, replacement of existing damaged members, fabrication and installation of new material, and removal and disposal of waste. All work shall be performed in accordance with Standard Building Code, referenced standards and applicable laws and ordinances. Verify permit requirements with the Base. Any required permits, inspections or fees are the responsibility of the Contractor and must be coordinated through the Contracting Officer. This acquisition is unrestricted. The SIC Code is 1751. The NAICS Code is 235510. The size standard is $11.5 million. The magnitude of this project be between $250,000 and $500,000 and is SAF "Subject to Availability of Funds."
