Description

This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with information in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. Award will be a firm fixed-price contract. Quote under solicitation number DAHA51-01-T-0051 is requested. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular #97-27. Solicitation document, which includes applicable provisions and clauses, may be obtained from government point of contact. The SIC code for this procurement is 3537, Industrial Trailers. The size standard for this SIC code is 750 employees. The Alaska Army National Guard has a requirement for 2 Trailers one used as a recon trailer; the other for operations. They must both meet or exceed the requirements as follows: Overall dimensions may not exceed: length 15 feet, 2 inches; height 102 inches; width 102 inches. Axle rating: 2 each 3500#; 7000# GVW-Minimum, Tandem/Torsion with grease buddies on bearings. Structural framework: 16 inch centers on floor/wall/ceilings. Reinforced front wall structure with perpendicular 16-inch centers. Normal horizontal wall stringers. Rear ramp with lift assist. Individual specifications and draft design drawings are provided in the solicitation. Desired delivery shall be 90 days after written notice to proceed and acceptance shall be made FOB Destination, freight charges included in the unit price to Alaska Army National Guard, Building 49-140, Fort Richardson, AK 99505-2610. Delivery shall be made as specified unless otherwise modified. Partial deliveries will be accepted.
