This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number F33CES11780200 is hereby issued as a Request for Quote. The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-22. This acquisition is unrestricted and is under NAICS code 333111, with a small business size standard of 500 Employees. John Bean unit description: 1 (one) each, 300 Gallon, Stainless Steel Sprayer w/ 20 Gallon Per Minute Pump, Honda Electric Start Motor. (#DO20E300SERH), Top mount kit for hose reel, Hannay Electric Reel (Includes circuit breaker & rewind button), 300 Feet of ?" 600 P.S.I. hose, #785 John Bean Spray Gun, 12' Tandem Axel D.O.T. Approved Trailer (Includes new tires, 3500# axles-all metal frame w/ wood floor, heavy duty 2" ball coupling & heavy duty jack. Price to include Sprayer mounted on trailer & all above listed items mounted & ready for use. Submit signed and dated quotations on company letterhead or quotation form. Quotations may be faxed to (580) 481-5138. Offers on this acquisition shall be evaluated on the basis of price factors only. The government reserves the right to make award on the initial quote without discussions. Each offeror shall include a completed copy of the provisions at FAR clause 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items (May 2001) with the quotation. The representations and certifications are attached and available for download. FAR clause 52.212-4 (May 2001), Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, is incorporated by reference and applies to this acquisition. FAR 52.212-4? is tailored as follows: ? Changes.
