Synopsis: This is a fixed-price contract for ECU Controller, applicable to LANTIRN AN/AAQ-14 Targeting Set, NSN 6685-01-364-2225AY, P/N 749645D, 3 EA. Delivery: 31 Jan 2002. The approximate RFQ issue date will be 03 Aug 2001 with the approximate response date of 29 Aug 2001. Request solicitation from our web site http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. The request for solicitation should contain Company Name, Address, Point of Contact, Cage Code Number, Size of Business pursuant to North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 334511 (750 employees). SOLE SOURCE to: Hamilton Sundstrand Corp, CAGE: 99167. No telephone requests will be accepted. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. All potential offerors should contact the buyer/PCO identified above for additional information and/or to communicate concerns, if any, concerning this acquisition. If your concerns are not satisfied by the Contracting Officer, an Ombudsman has been appointed to hear serious concerns that are not resolved through established channels.
