This is a combines synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation wil NOT be issued. Solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-27. This procurement falls within the definition of North America Industry classification code 334516. The small business size standard is 500 employees. The Rocky Mtn.
