Description

Contractor shall provide fresh Bread and Bakery Products on an on-demand, as-needed basis, for the VA Medical Centers in VISN 13 located at Minneapolis, Minnesota; St Cloud, Minnesota; Fargo, North Dakota; Sioux Falls, South Dakota; and Black Hills Health Care System consisting of facilities at Ft Meade and Hot Springs, South Dakota. The contract period is October 1, 2001 through September 30, 2002 with possible provisions for a one(1) year option for renewal. FOB destination pricing is requested. Facilities will be organized in Bid Groups and multiple awards maybe made under this contract. However, Bid Groups will be awarded in the aggregate. Bid documents available on or about July 30, 2001.
