Description

Mary Jane Parking Lot Reconditioning. This project consists of reconditioning existing crushed aggregate surfacing on parking lot and access road (approximately 1000 ft), paving reconditioned surface, gate installation, delineation with boulders, waterline and electrical trenching and connection frost-free hydrant, traffic markings and signs. To locate site from Las Vegas, Nevada, drive northeast on U.S. 95 to State Route 157. Take State Route 157 towards Mt. Charleston. Continue for approximately 3.8 miles past the intersection of State Route 157 and State Route 158. Mary Jane Parking Lot and access road is before Cathedral Rock Day Use Area on the left of State Route 157. Est. start date is 10-01-2001 with 120 calendar for completion. Est. price range is between $100,000 and $250,000. This proposed procurement is under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program, which is not a small buisness set aside.
