Description

Furnishing labor, equipment, supplies, and materials, except for specified Government furnished property to construct appoximately 11.1 miles of new fence with appurtenances, remove approximately 8.5 miles of existing fence, and furnish and install guard with wings and concrete bases. Contractor to furnish the following estimated quanitities: 3556 rods of barbed wire -- 59 each barbed wire end panels -- 43 each stress panels -- 21 each 5 post corner panels -- 32 each barbed 4-wire wire gates -- 15 each single set wood posts -- 14 ea type A drainage crossings -- 2712 rods of fence removal -- 1 each complete 12 ft cattleguard assembly -- 2 each concrete 12 ft cattleguard base. Awards over $25,000 will require payment protection and range is $25,000 -- $100,000. The proposed award is 100% set aside for small business concerns. See Note 1. Solcitation available on August 9, 2001 and will close on September 10, 2001.
