Description

Contractors may view and/or download this solicitation and all amendments from the internet after solicitation issuance. Plans and specifications will be issued on paper format only. Description of Work: The work consists of three schedules: Schedule I: Renovate Atchley Pool and Bath House to include roof replacement, renovate showers, toilets, and guard area. Replace pool deck, equipment, curb and gutter. Construct wading pool. Schedule II: First floor corridor, USASOC E-2929. Construction of enclosure of existing building covered entrance area to create a new vestibule along with select renovation of the existing entrance area to create a new vestibule along with select renovation of the existing interior building vestibule in conjunction with new flooring, paint, wall-covering and trim. Repair existing interior open-office partitions and hardware. Repair/replace existing entrance doors. Schedule III: Renovate Tonle Court. Demolish and replace existing locker rooms. Create two-story space at racquet ball courts. Replace roof. Construct new parking lot. Provide new interior finishes. Upgrade electrical and mechanical systems. Estimated cost range of this project is $1,000,000 to $5,000,000. Network Analysis will be required. This solicitation is issued on an unrestricted basis pursuant to the "Business Opportunity Development Reform Act of 1988." This solicitation will be issued in paper format only and will be available on or about August 04, 2001, on the internet at http://www.sas.usace.army.mil/ebs/.. Amendments to this solicitation will be posted on the internet at the above address unless the total amended compressed files are greater than 5 MBYTES. For amendments that are posted only on the internet, an amendment of solicitation solicitation/modification of contract (SF30), and a list of revised specifications and drawings will be mailed to each bidder.
