This item is source controlled to Allison. Allison is the only approxing activity, DSCR will not evaluate alternate offers. FOB Destination. Inspection and acceptance at origin. Critical item. See Notes 23 & 26. Unrestricted. ABVS applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluations factors described in the solicitation. Quantity: 257 each to be delivered to Stockton, CA within 155 DARO or best possible delivery; 531 each to be delivered to New Cumberland, PA within 155 DARO or best possible delivery. 100% option included in the RFP.
