Description

The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following items: 1) Portable Automatic Tester PN 711-07153, Qty 2 2), AAD Holding Fixture PN 811-00461, Qty 7 and 3) Cocking Fixture PN 811-00394, Qty 2. This requirement is sole sourced to FXC Corporation, 3410 Susan Street, Santa Ana, CA 92704 as the only known manufacturer of a mechanical Automation Activation Device. Any firms believing that they can provide the required Board and Cables may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice, clearly showing its ability to do so without compromising the quality, accuracy and reliability of the data or without causing programmatic hardship to the program which will be considered by the Contracting Officer.
