Description

This acquisition is for Commercial Supplies/Services. The U.S. Coast Guard (USCG), Maintenance and Logistics Command Atlantic (MLCLANT), Norfolk, VA is seeking a firm capable of proving all labor, materials, equipment, transportation and supervision/management necessary for Linen Rental and Laundry Services at the Coast Guard Academy, New London, Connecticut. The period of performance is for one base year, beginning 1 October 2001 through 30 September 2002, with four twelve-month option periods, if exercised by the Government. The Government will award a contract to a responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, past performance and price considered. This solicitation is 100% unrestricted. The North American Industry Classification Code is 812332 (Industrial Launderers) with a Size Standard of $10.5 million. Any correspondence concerning this acquisition shall reference Request for Quotation (RFQ) Number DTCG84-01-Q-AA1006.
