Description

The Chief of Naval Education and Training requires the extension of the current Academic Skills Learning Center contract N00140-97-D1021 for a 3 month period while a competitive acquisition is being conducted. Plato Learning Incorporated is the incumbent contractor. FISC NORVA Detachment Philadelphia proposes to modify this contract to allow for the continued operations at all centers during the interim period. FISC NORVA Detachment Philadelphia intends to issue a Request for Quotation to Plato Learning for the continued operation of all Academic Skills Learning Centers. See note # 22.
