Description

Principal Items to be accomplished: Repair and test one medium voltage circuit breaker at the Madigan substation. Work includes: Supply one complete phase assembly for a Siemans-Allis, Type FCV-500, 15 KV, 1200 Amp Breaker, perform installation of vacuum bottle assembly and test. Circuit breaker manufacture date is 12-85, Serial number R72724A-5. Dehydrate oil (remove water from oil or replace oil) in five high voltage regulators at three separate substations. Inspect and test the functions of the regulators. The following regulators will be included Army Central Substation: Siemen, 1500 KVA, 1206 Gal, Serial No. 3-3759-02108-3; Sieman, 1500 KVA, 1208 Gal, Serial No. 3-3759-02108-4. South Substation: Siemen, 1500 KVA, 1206 Gal, Serial No. 3-3759-02108-5. Sequalitchew Substation: Siemen, 1000 KVA, 458 Gal, Serial No. 3-3759-02112-1; Siemen, 1000 KVA, 458 Gal, Serial No. 3-3759-02112-2. After dehydration, the oil in each regulator will be sampled and tested by a laboratory acceptable to the government to ensure that no more than 10 PPM of water is present in the oil. Completion time is: 30 calendar days. The proposed procurement listed here is being issued as unrestricted.
