Description

Provide all supervision, plant, labor, equipment, materials, and appliances necessary to perform all operations in connection with relocating access roads, expanding parking areas, providing 6' -- 0" wide concrete sidewalks, line striping new and existing areas, providing lighting, providing storm water drainage facilities, and seeding disturbed areas not receiving pavement in strict accordance with the Statement of Work, specifications, and drawings and subject to the terms and conditions of the contract. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 234110. The contract type shall be "Firm Fixed Price Construction". This will be a 100% HUBZone business set-aside procurement issued under the authority of FAR Subpart 19.13 -- Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone) Program. The award of a contract will be Subject to Availability of Funds (SAF) and is estimated to be between $250,000.00 -- $500,000.00. The anticipated Solicitation issue/posting date will be on or about 6 August 2001. Note: The DUE DATE for the solicitation shall be 30 days after actual issuance/posting date on Fort Drums Web page. All responsible certified HUBZone business sources may submit a bid, which will be considered.
