Description

This acquisition includes, but is not limited to furnishing all materials, labor, plant, tools, transportation, equipment, services, and incidentals necessary to perform interior/exterior painting of miscellaneous buildings located at Randolph AFB TX, Canyon Lake, Hondo, Auxiliary Airfield, Sequin Auxiliary Airfield, Army & Air Force Exchange Services (AAFES) buildings, and schools located on Randolph AFB. These buildings may or may not be occupied. Work consists of, but is not limited to, labor for the application of paint, coatings, and finishes to interior and exterior, new and previously painted wood, metal, stucco, concrete, plaster, wallboard, and masonry surfaces; repair of wood, metal, stucco, concrete, plaster, wallboard, and masonry surfaces; replacement of components of wood, metal, tile, and glass; surface preparation and LBP abatement; tree removal and object relocation. The buildings affected by this contract are multi-story medical, residential, industrial, recreational, commercial, hangars, posts, towers, tank, assembly and supporting facilities located on Randolph AFB. The Government intends to award an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Contract. It shall include a one-year basic period, a one-year option period, and four 6-month option periods for the last two years due to the A-76 Study at Randolph AFB. Type of pricing arrangement is firm-fixed price. This acquisition will be issued on an 8(a) competitive basis only to those firms within the San Antonio, Texas area, which have the assigned SIC code of 1721 and NAICS Code of 235210. All other firms are deemed ineligible to submit offers. The small business size standard is $11.5 million average annual revenue for the previous three years. The estimated magnitude of construction is between $5,000,000.00 and $10,000,000.00. All relevant solicitation documents, including specifications and drawings, all amendments, clarification letters, and other applicable documents will be issued electronically. Interested sources are responsible for frequent review of the EPS website to ensure they are kept current on any amendments, changes or clarifications, etc. No response to this notice is necessary and no source list shall be maintained. Paper copies of this solicitation will not be issued.=20
