Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number N00164-01-Q-0267 is hereby issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The proposed contract is set-aside for small business concerns. Incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-25 and DCN 20001213. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 332995. The above requirement is a sole-source to L-Tech Enterprises, Inc., 509 Texas School Road, Eubank, Ky. 42567. CLIN 0001- Cartridge, 4000 each, 12 Gauge, Ultra-Velocity Slug, MK274 MOD O. CLIN 0002 Cartridge, 5000 each, 12 Gauge Avon, MK 275 MOD 0 CLIN 0003 Cartridge, 12 Gauge Low Velocity Blank, MK 276 MOD 0. In accordance with Salient Characteristics and Drawings 53711-6214235, 53711-6915174, 53711-6915175, 53711-6914176, 53711-6915181, 53711-6915182, 53711-6915188, 53711-6915189, 43711-6915190, 53711-6915197, 53711-6915198 and 53711-6915199. The Government will furnish the following material 200 each M2A1 ammunition cans and 3 each MK 3 pallets. Delivery is F.O.B. Crane, IN 47522 within 30 days after award. Final inspection will be at NSWC Crane, IN. The above cartridges are for fielding with the EOD PAN Disrupter System. Quotes that are non-compliant with any material requirement of this solicitation may be rejected without further consideration for award. Vendors submitting quotes other than the above source must be willing to pay for required testing to meet WESERB approval. This will be a firm fixed price contract and will be awarded utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The contractor shall extend to the Government the full coverage of commercial sale warranty provided such warranty is available at no additional cost to the Government.
