Description

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms (ATF) intends to negotiate under the authority of FAR.6.302-1 sole source agreement with EDAX, Inc. for the PHOENIX SYSTEM 10 UPGRADE PACKAGE FOR THE EAGLE: Upgrade of older EDAX analyzer with a new state-of-art Phoenix analyzer while keeping the old detecting unit. Product No. PV8600/10. Desired delivery 90-120 ARO. No solicitation package is available. No telephone request or inquires will be accepted. Award will be made utilizing the simplified acquisition procedures under FAR Subpart 13. All interested parties must submit a technical cost proposal by July 25, 2001. 5:00pm. (Washington, DC local time). Quotes are accepted by mail or facsimile machine at 202-927-8688 Attn: Dena Martin. Award will be made to EDAX, Inc. if no other offers are received. See number Note 22.
