Renewal subscription for online access to Information Handling service database for Government standards and specification and industry specification and standard service.This is a sole source to IHS.The Information Handling Service has a comprehensive and integrated index to both online and CDROM products searching both government and industry specifications and standards.This is the only known comprehensive and integrated index to all products on either CD-ROM or online both current and historical.The Redstone Scientific Information Center(RSIC) currently has 10 years of historical industry standards in CD-ROM format,which are included in this comprehensive index. The Information Handling proprietary software products are not available through any vendor and must be procured directly.This specific subscription service is needed for immediate access to government and industry scientific and technical specifications and standards for the scientists and engineers of AMCOM ans MSFC.
