Description

Sources are being sought to conduct a review of ARDEC Technology Programs to measure their R&D effectiveness. ARDEC technology Programs are directed toward providing advanced state-of-the-art systems and materials to ARMY and DoD. A review of selected programs has been conducted over the past 6 years. Following this review the contractor furnished ARDEC managers with specific recommendations for upgrading and advancing the state-of-the-art of these programs. In order to update ARDEC's current programs as well as measure the effectiveness of the recommendations from prior technology reviews conducted, a follow-on review is required. ARDEC intends to invite a panel of a maximum of 13 independent scientific experts from industry, acadamia and the government to visit ARDEC and participate in a review of the effectiveness of our technology programs. Prior reports as documents necessary to perform the work. See numbered Note 22.
