Description

The Detroit District Corps of Engineers intends to enter a sole source purchase order with Wayne State University for DNA Sequencing to identify sources of bacterial contamination in Clinton River, MI. The DNA Sequencing is in conjunction with the study by Wayne State University to examine the genetic make-up of E. coli found in Clinton River and Lake St. Clair, MI. The study will be performed under the Memorandum of Understanding between the Corps of Engineers and the State of Michigan. Wayne State has been designated for the study by the State of Michigan.
