Description

Concerns having the ability for providing residential correctional facility (CCC) for male and female Federal offenders. Those interested are requested to give written notification (including telephone number and a point of contact) to the contracting office listed in this notice. Services required include care, custody, control, accountabiity, and treatment, to include furnishing of subsistence and medical services. The services described shall be in accordance with the Bureau of Prisons' Statement of Work. This is a firm-fixed unit price requirements type contract. Location of the facility shall be in the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania area, including the counties of Philadelphia and Delaware. Estimated number of inmate days is 94,900 for the two-year base period and 47,450 inmate days for option years one, two and three, respectively. Estimated RFP issue date is September 4, 2001. Estimated RFP closing date is November 1, 2001. Contract base period is two years with three one-year options to renew. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by this Agency. No collect calls will be accepted. Written requests for solicitations will be accepted.
