Description

The purpose of this amendment is to revise the Statement of Work and to clarify questions that have arisen since the release of the solicitation. The following information is being provided to all prospective offerors. This amendment herby deletes the Statement of Work (Technical Requirements), which requires employment by a JCAHO accredited treatment facility and replaces it with the following: 1. Offerors must provide documentation, which will clearly demonstrate knowledge and the skills necessary for the provision of this training. Such documentation must include past perfgormance of similar contracts regarding JCAHO certification and reference contacts. The bid opening date is hereby extended until 2:00 pm on Monday, August 6, 2001. All other terms and conditions shall remain the same.
