Description

Lawn Care Maintenance Services. Contractor will provide Lawn Care Maintenance Services and Lawn Pest Control for the areas surrounding buildings 903, 6th Marine Corps District and 669, Branch Medical Clinic, aboard Marine Corp Recruit Depot, ERR Parris Island South Carolina. Services shall include all materials, labor, equipment, and transportation for the above services. The approximate area for Lawn Care is 1.3 acres for building 903 and .9 acres for building 669. Solicitations will be provided upon request on or about 30 July 01. Solicitation closing date will be on 10 August 01. Anticipated Award date 15 August 2001. Contract commence date will be 1 Oct 2001. The contract will be awarded as a Firm Fixed Price, based on best value, spelled out in the solicitation, for one-year base and four option periods. Prior to submitting a quotation, prospective bidders are enc ouraged to visit the site and satisfy themselves as to the character and amount of work to be accomplished.
