Description
*** There are two options for the soliciation. The Suite is approx. 6700 square feet. ** A site visit will be required. The renovation should include, but not necessarily limited to the following: OPTION I -- 1. Demo walls as indicated on the scaled drawing saving the doors and hardware in any of these walls to be reused in the project where new walls will be built. a. Electrical, LAN and phone lines need to be reused in the offices. 2. Reuse existing light fixtures, only purchase and install as needed. 3. Install ample circuits to prevent power outages. 4. Refinish doors to match existing. 5. Construct new walls where indicated on the scaled drawing using doors from item # 1. 6. Tape, bed, texture and paint all walls inside suite. 7. Insulation in walls where indicated on scaled drawing. 8. Install whips where indicated on scaled drawing. 9. Install government furnished carpet throughout the suite. a. Cove Base matching carpet cove base b. Cove Base matching vinyl cove base 10. Install a wooden frame door with a glass insert from top to bottom of door to match existing wood frame. 11. Refinish cabinetry in the kitchen area. 12. Remove all paneling from inside the suite leaving the paneling around the glass door entrance. 13. Relocate as necessary the sprinkler heads and piping only purchase and install as necessary. 14. HVAC Purchase and install necessary ductwork and air return supply. 15. Move furniture as necessary for construction. 16. Cover any and all computers, workstations, etc. 17. Clean up each day/night not leaving any paints, glues, etc. in the suite. 18. Replace any damaged acoustical ceiling tiles. 19. Ceiling fans in all private offices along windows and conference room. OPTION II 1. Demo walls as indicated on the scaled drawing. a.
