Description

The National Ocean Service at 219 Fort Johnson Road, Charleston, South Carolina requires a construction contractor to furnish the necessary personnel, material, equipment, services to construct a parking lot, sidewalks, curbing, gutters, and to fill in an existing open ditch at the new Hollings Marine Laboratory located adjacent to the NOS. Period of performance is 60 days after Notice to Proceed. Award is anticipated to be made in late August 2001. NTP expected to be given during September 2001. This acquisition is 100% set aside for small business. This job is estimated to be less than $100,000.00. This acquisition is being procured under FAR Part 3, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The NAICS code is 234110. This acquisition is subject to the DOL Davis-Bacon Wage Determination.
