Description

DAJN02-01-R-0031. Unrestricted acquisition. NAICS Code 23332. Contractor shall provide all labor, material, equipment, insurance and all incidentals required to perform a Job Order Contract (JOC), base year and five option years, to Repair, Alter, or Construct Real Property Facilities and Structures at Ft. Buchanan, Family Housing Quarters, USARSO facilities and DODEA located in Puerto Rico in accordance with the solicitation specifications. The magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. The Request for Proposal (RFP) package will be issued on/or about 13 AUG 01 the anticipated award date is 30 SEP 01. Site visit will be scheduled and appear in the solicitation package. All responsible sources may submit their proposal in writing, which shall be considered by the Agency. All requests for a copy of the solicitation package shall be made in writing and may be mailed to Directorate of Contracting, PO Box 34000, Attn: SOFB-DOC (Mr. Carlos E.
