Description

The Air Force is requesting quotations for the renovation of the kitchen in Building 1999 at Hanscom AFB, MA. The scope of this project consists of the furnishing all services, labor, materials, tools, equipment, and transportation necessary to meet the requirements to renovate the kitchen at Bldg. 1999. This includes, but is not limited to the demolition of the existing kitchen (floor, ceiling, light fixtures, cabinets), and purchase and installation of new cabinets, countertops, ceiling tile/grid, vinyl floor, light fixtures, and equipment. The magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $75,000. The period of performance for this project will be 45 working days. The Request for Quotation, specifications, and drawings for this project will ONLY be available at Internet address: http://www.herbb.hanscom.af.mil. These items will not be mailed, and telephone requests will not be honored. All interested parties MUST be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Database in order to receive a solicitation or award. If you submit a quote without being registered, it will be deemed unacceptable and not eligible for award. Applications for CCR registration may be obtained or completed at the Internet address: http://www.ccr2000.com/handbook.htm Quotes may be mailed, sent via Federal Express, UPS, or hand-carried, etc., to: ESC/PKOC, Attn: Lois Morin, 20 Schilling Circle, Bldg. 1305 3rd Floor, Hanscom AFB, MA 01731-2800. Tentatively, the RFQ will be released on or about 8 Aug 01, site visit on 14 Aug 01, at 10:00 am, and due by 12:00 noon EST on 20 Aug 01. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after receipt of quotations, with no obligation to the offeror by the Government. Offerors are advised that the cost of any response is at the offeror's own risk. See Note 26.
