Description

Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation and supervision for the Stairwell Tread and Paint project located in the Federal Building, 101 12th Avenue, Fairbanks, AK. Work includes but is not limited to installation of Government furnished materials for stair treads and landing, painting of stairwells, doors, doorjambs, handrails and associated areas. Estimated range is $25,000 to $100,000. This project is contingent upon availability of funds.
