Description
Furnish Labor, Materials, and Equipment necessary to Correct Specialty Clinic Deficiencies. Work includes, but is not limited to Demolition, Rough Carpentry, Finish Carpentry and Millwork, Thermal and Moisture Protection, Doors and Frames, Wallboard Systems, Acoustical Systems, Signage, Plumbing Systems, HVAC, Mechanical and Electrical. Work to be completed within two hundred and seventy (270) calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bid packages must be requested in writing. Payment of $50.00 non-refundable fee per solicitation package must be received by the Contracting office before package is mailed. Checks are to be made payable to the Department of Veterans Affairs. Estimated construction cost range is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. NAICS code is 233320.
