Description

Commercial procurement of 2 each A/D MUX ITA Test Cables part number: 96648029-10. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. See Note 4 -- The proposed contract is 100 percent set aside to small disadvantage business concerns (SDB). Offers from concerns other than SDBs will not be considered. The following clauses are applicable to subject solicitation: FAR 52.212-1 (Instructions to Offerors), 52-212-2 (Evaluation -- Commercial Items), 52-212-3 (Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items), 52.212-4 (Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items), and 52.212-5 (Contract Terms and Conditions required to implement Statutes or Executive Orders -- Commercial Items). In accordance with clause 52.212-2, the evaluation factors shall be: price and price related factors. Quotations may be faxed to (478) 926-2652. The anticipated award date will be August 20, 2001. All interested contractors must be registered with Central Contractor Registration (CCR) in order to receive any government issued contracts or purchase orders.
