Description

B-U. S. Department of Commerce (DOC), National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS), Office of Sustainable Fisheries (OSF), Highly Migratory Species Division, intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Virginia Institute o f Marine Science, College of William and Mary, Gloucester Point, Va to conduct a community impact Assessment of Highly Migratory Species Management and Regulation. This is a notice of intent, and cannot be considered a solicitation, therefore no solicitation package exist. Award will be made using simplified acquisition procedures. Reference 100003
