Description

B-U. S. Department of Commerce (DOC), National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Office of Global Programs, intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with University of Oklahoma, Norman, OK in support of Aquiring Data from the Oklahoma Nesonetwork to Assist GCIP and GAPP Achieve its Scientific Objectives. The University of Oklahoma will provide a unique set of meteorological and soil moisture measurements at spatial and temporal resolutions that does not exist elsewhere. This is a notice of intent, and cannot be considered a solicitation, therefore no solicitation package exist. Award will be made using simplified acquisition. Reference 100057
