Description

Conduct Surveys on a recurring basis for the Safety, Environmental & Fire Protection Branch (SEFB), Occupational Safety and Health (OSH), and the Child Development Centers for a period of one year which includes four one year options with the Government. The SEFB surveys analyze buildings, including occupancies and intended use, to determine the risk of injury, loss of life, property, or interruption of Federal tenant mission due to the effects of fire, accidents and/or environmental incidents. The OSH surveys assure safe and healthful working conditions for GSA employees in their occupied space and at their work sites. The Child Development Center surveys identify potential hazardous conditions and procedures that may affect the safe operation of the center. GSA is issuing solicitation GS-11P-01-YAD-0094 only electronically on or about July 13, 2001. Interested parties may access the solicitation at http://www.eps.gov or www.FedBizOpps.gov. This site provides instructions for downloading the solicitation file. There will be no bidders' list for this procurement and no hard copies will be provided.
