Description

Funds are not presently available for this acquisition. No contract award will be made until appropriated funds are made available. In accordance with the Performance Specification and Appendix A for the Defense Microelectronics Activity (DMEA), 4234 54th Street, McClellan, CA, 95652-2100: CLIN 0001, Software Upgrades for 2 years, P/Ns: 365-SUF, 22810-SJF, 3000-SUF, 49600-SJF. CLIN 0002, Software Upgrades for 1 year, P/N: 11701-SJF. CLIN 0003, Factory Training 100 credits. The Government intends to award all items on a sole source basis to Cadence Design Systems, Inc., 555 River Oaks Pkwy, San Jose CA 95134-1917. The authority for sole source is 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1), supplies or services are available from only one or a limited number of responsible sources and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. See CBD Note 22.
