Funds are not presently available for this acquisition. No contract award will be made until appropriated funds are made available. In accordance with the Performance Specification and Appendix A for the Defense Microelectronics Activity (DMEA), 4234 54th Street, McClellan, CA, 95652-2100: CLIN 0001, software products, part numbers : 3160-0, 2779-0. CLIN 0002, software updates for 2 years, part numbers: 2595-0, 2661-0, 2664-0, 2669-0, 2673-0, 2681-0, 2732-0, 2776-0, 2912-0, 3160-0, 2779-0. CLIN 0003, software updates for 2 years, part number: 2012-0. CLIN 0004, Factory Training, 16 credits. The Government intends to award all items on a sole source basis to Synopsys Inc, 19500 NW Gibbs Drive, Ste 300, Beaverton OR 97006-6900. The authority for sole source is 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1), supplies or services are available from only one or a limited number of responsible sources and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
