Description

Provide labor, materials and equipment necessary to maintain Channel Ultra Violet (UV) Disinfection System, Model 2000-2, S/N 9595N, Located at the Wastewater Plant, at the VA New Jersey Health Care System, Lyons Campus, 151 Knollcroft Road, Lyons, NJ 07939. All work is to be completed in accordance with specifications, conditions and statement of work. Period of performance will be from October 1, 2001 through September 30, 2002 with four (1) year options to renew.
