Description

Comerical Item Contract using Part 15 to provide full service/maintenance on 14 each government owned Cobe Centry 3 Dialysis machines located at the VHA Salt Lake City Healthcare System. Contract to begin 10-1-01 through 9/30/02 with four one year options to extend. Proposal documents available on or about August 6, 2001 with RFP closing on or about August 31, 2001.
