Description

Offeror shall provide all labor, equipment, and transportation necessary to provide subterranean termite extermination and protection barrier operations for identified facilities on Tyndall AFB FL. Termite service shall include all inspections, trenching, drilling, and boring to apply soil treatment. Offeror shall provide a one-year written warranty on all units treated. The pest control manager and employees that apply pesticides must have a Florida pesticide application certificate/license. Service involves treatment of an estimated 22 buildings totaling an estimated 13,000 linear feet. Additional services (up to 8,400 LF) may be required for unidentified facilities to include some military family housing units. Estimated performance period is 31 Aug 01 ? 30 Aug 02. All pesticides shall comply with all provisions of Title 40 CFR, Part 165; accepted pest control industry practices; all federal, state and local laws and regulations governing the performance of pest control work and the use of pesticides. Petroleum based pesticides shall not be permitted. This acquisition is set aside for small businesses who are SBA registered as a HubZone (Historically Underutilized Business Zone) business.
