Description

Governor, Control Unit, Tactical Quiet Generator. IAW Barber Colman (05624) P/N DYNA 10502-002-0-24. NSN 2910-01-373-2590. Other than Full and Open Competition -- P/N Item -- Products Offered Clause applies. Delivery schedule: 60 days. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. See Notes 12 and 26. This solicitation is an RFP of IFB and will be available on the Internet at http://dibbs.dscccols.com/Rfp on its issue date of 16 August 2001. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total duration (base plus option years) shall not exceed 5 years. This is an unrestricted acquisition. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Various Increments Solicited: From 1 to 21, From 22 to 42, From 43 to 63, 64 and up.
