Description

The U.S. Department of State, Office of Acquisition Management intends to award a purchase order to Antenna Research Associates, Inc. for their SAS-2/A Antenna, on a noncompetitive basis for the procurement of Active Broadband E-Field Receiving Antenna, 100 Hz to 1 G Hz with manual, antenna factors, calibration documentation, and power suply. This antenna is a one peice, lightweight, portable unit capable of intercepting electric field signals in the 100 Hz to 1 G Hz frequency range (two overlapping bands) and providing output at a single 50 ohm connection for detection by a radio frequency receiving system. See Note 22.
