Description

The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport intends to award a Sole Source Firm Fixed Price Contract for 20 ea. Liquid Level Launching System Sensors to be manufactured by Eaton Aerospace Corporation in accordance with Government provided drawings JCM-14173-002 Rev E. Other than Full and Open Competition procedures are being used because the drawing is a SOURCE CONTROL DRAWING and Eaton Aerospace Corporation is the only approved source of supply at this time. The item is part of the TOMAHAWK Cruise Missile System. Delivery of the item shall be by 2002 FEB 11. Any vendors that may me interested in becoming an approved source of this item should contact the Contracting Officer for further information on the qualification process.
