Description

The Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD) intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Sun Microsystems, Inc., Palo Alto, CA, for spare parts for device 2F140A(F)-05, P3 Program. The technical data suitable for a competitive procurement is proprietary information and not available to the Government. A Firm Fixed Price type contract is anticipated. This synopsis is to provide notice of our intent to award this effort on a sole source basis to Sun Microsystems, Inc.; therefore, no solicitation will result from this announcement.
