Description

The National Naval Medical Center (NNMC) Bethesda, MD intends to award a sole-source procurement to Master Data Center (MDC) for the MDC Patent Docketing Software. (The requirement is for the Research Support Directorate NMRC) The modules are separate, yet fully integrated to share data. The multi-level security features allow the assignment of five different security levels as well as security from the file level down to the tab/field level. These levels of security are necessary to avoid compromising the discretionary research efforts of various Navy R&D labs or their subordinate commands or directorates.
