Description

Special chemical analytical services for the analysis of the compound Dioxin in soil, water, tissue, waste and sediment samples utilizing EPA Methods 8290 and 8280A. Delivery of analytical results is required within 35 calendar days after receipt of the last samples in a sample delivery group. A quantity of 200 analyses is being procured under this requirement, with an optional 200 more which may be procured during the life of the contract. Period of performance shal be for 12 months commencing on the contract effective date. A firm fixed price contract will be awarded as the result of this solicitation. The place of performance is unknown. The Service Contract Act is applicable to this requirement, and the contracting officer has obtained wage determinations for: Eldorado, and Sacramento Counties, CA; the District of Columbia; Broward, Palm Beach, and St. Lucie Counties, FL; Banks, Clarke, Clayton, Cobb, DeKalb, Douglas, Forsyth, Fulton, Gwinnett, and Rockdale Counties, GA; Dearborn, and Franklin Counties, OH; Ripley and Switzerland Counties, IN; Atchison, Bates, Carroll, Dekalb, Gentry, Harrison, Jackson, LaFayette, Macon, Pitts, Ray, Saline, and Worth Counties, MO, Calver, Charles, Montgomery, and Prince Georges Counties, MD; Carver, Dakota, Hennipin, Ramsey, Scott, and Washington Counties, TX. Additional wage determinations will be provided if notification is recieved at the following address by August 13, 2001.
