- Purpose of this project is to provide thinning services on the Northern Hills Ranger District, Meade County, SD, Black Hills National Forest. Project includes two bid items. First unit has a contract time of 55 calendar days and the second unit has a contract time of 60 calendar days. See Numbered Note No. 1.
