Description

The Government intends to negotiate a Firm Fixed Price type contract to FORE Systems, Inc.. The contract will be awarded under FAR Subpart 13.5, Test Program for Certain Commercial Items (Clinger Cohen) procedures. The contractor shall provide on call maintenance support including software upgrades and enhancements to the FORE System ATM Equipment, as required by LANTFLT HEDSUPPACT, Norfolk, VA.
