Description

The Albuquerque Job Corps Center is soliciting bids for the position of Dentist. Dental services to be provided will include but are not limited to dental health education, preventive dental care, diagnostic services including x-rays, preventative dental care, simple surgical procedures, restorative procedures, endodontic procedures, prosthetic services and routine periodontic treatment. The Dentist serving the Center must be licensed to practice in the State of New Mexico. A copy of their current license must be included with their bid. Any renewals or upgrades must be provided to the center within 30 days of their occurrence. The bid will be for two years with three option years at the Center's discretion. Increases will be predicated on directions received from the National Office of Job Corps. Bids should be based on 16 hours per week. The period of performance will begin on October 1, 2001. Bids must be received at the Center on or before August 15, 2001. Bids will be opened on August 20, 2001 at 2:00 PM and the successful bidder will be notified on or before September 4, 2001. The successful bidder will be chosen on their ability to provide the Center with the best overall care and not on price alone.
